The profit margins have been fairly low and the sales growth has been quite erratic, but that could be due to the pandemic disruption in FY21. However, the company has an established model with a matured market. A lot will depend on how the company is able to successfully manage this transition smoothly. However, investors must remember that this is a traditionally low margin business. That could be an overhang on valuations. The IPO of Crayons Advertising would fit better into a high risk IPO category.
