The company in its exchange filing disclosed that it has received the approval from BSE for the de-classification of M/s. Shapoori Pallonji as ‘Promoter’ and reclassification of the promoter Forbes Campbell Finance Ltd from ‘Person belonging to Promoter group’ to ‘Public shareholder’.
