Sodhani Academy of Fintech Enablers IPO is set to open on 12 September 2024 and will close on 17 September 2024. The company specializes in financial training, consulting, and education services. Its main focus is on providing financial education and raising awareness, helping people understand and manage their finances better. The IPO includes a fresh issue of  9.7 lakh shares aggregating ₹3.88 Cr and includes an offer for sale of 5.6 lakh shares aggregating ₹2.24 Cr. The price range is set at ₹40 per share and the lot size is 3000 shares  The allotment is scheduled to be finalized on 18 September 2024. It will go public on BSE SME with a tentative listing date of 20 September 2024. Srujan Alpha Capital Advisors LLP is the book running lead manager while Cameo Corporate Services Limited is the registrar.
