Established in 2016, Awfis Space Solutions Limited offers flexible workspace solutions. It was also India’s largest provider of flexible workspace solutions as of December 2024 in terms of total centres. It provides a wide range of services which include individual flexible desk needs to customise office spaces for start-ups, small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and large companies and MNCs. 

In addition to this, Awfis is engaged in designing, building, and maintaining flexible workspace requirements like Awfis Transform ( construction & fit-out services) and Awfis Care ( facility management services). Awfis also has an allied services business for offering services for food and beverages, IT support, and infrastructure services including storage and customisation for events and meetings. 

As of 31st December 2023, Awfis ranked first in terms of maximum presence in India’s micro markets with 169 total centres in 16 cities with 105,258 total seats as well a total chargeable area of 5.33 million sq. ft. The company’s clientele has 2295 members in 52 Indian micro markets for the same period.
