    Being one of biggest PepsiCo franchisees worldwide & major participant in beverage business, Varun Beverages Ltd. has been connected to company since 1990s. Under PepsiCo-owned trademarks, corporation manufactures & sells broad variety of carbonated soft drinks, non-carbonated drinks, & packaged water. Pepsi, Seven-up, Mirinda Orange, Mountain Dew, Tropicana Juices, & many more are among PepsiCo brands that firm produces & markets.

    VBL was established in 1995, by promoter, Mr Ravi Kant Jaipuria, to cater to beverage operations of PepsiCo in India. company manufactures & distributes sweetened aerated water (soft drinks), non-sweetened aerated water (soda), packaged drinking water & juice-based drinks. It is largest franchisee for PepsiCo in India, with 33 manufacturing units. In 2019, VBL acquired franchise rights for southern & western sub-territories from PepsiCo India & third-party bottlers, & expanded its presence to 27 states & seven union territories.

    RJ group, which owns majority of Pizza Hut, KFC, Cream Belly, & Costa Coffee franchises in India, includes Varun Beverages. Six nations are involved in Company's operations: three in Indian Subcontinent (India, Sri Lanka, & Nepal), which accounted for 85% of total revenues in FY22; three in Africa (Morocco, Zambia, & Zimbabwe), which accounted for 15% of revenues.

    Strong Distribution Network:

    Company's robust & well-established distribution network serves wide spectrum of customers by reaching out to urban, semi-urban, & rural markets. company operates six overseas & 37 manufacturing sites in India. With more than 110 owned depots, 2,500 owned cars, 2,400 major distributors, & currently installed more than 925,000 visi-coolers, it has strong supply chain.
