APL Apollo Tubes Limited, India's largest producer of Structural Steel Tubes, has a 3.6 million tonnes annual capacity. With 11 manufacturing units and a vast distribution network across 29 cities, it caters to both domestic and global markets in over 20 countries. Apl Apollo Tubes has an operating revenue of Rs. 18,691.71 Cr. on a trailing 12-month basis. An annual revenue growth of 12% is good, Pre-tax margin of 5% is okay, ROE of 20% is exceptional. The company has a reasonable debt to equity of 22%, which signals a healthy balance sheet. The stock from a technical standpoint is trading close to its key moving averages, around 1% and 0% from 50DMA and 200DMA. It needs to stay above these levels to make any further meaningful move.
