Adani Green Energy Limited (AGEL) is established as one of the largest renewable energy companies in India. The company is engaged in the production of renewable energy and other ancillary operations. It designs, constructs, owns, runs, and maintains utility-scale solar power, wind power, hybrid projects, and solar parks that are grid-connected.
The company has an active project portfolio with a total capacity of 20,434 MW. AGEL is an integral element of the Adani Group's objective i.e. to make India's future brighter, cleaner, and greener. The company is also driven by the philosophy of "Growth with Goodness". While the electricity that is generated by AGEL projects are provided to governmental institutions on both the federal and state levels, as well as enterprises backed by the government.
AGEL has signed 25-year Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) with central and state government entities. The Company uses cutting-edge technology in its projects. AGEL is driving India's renewable energy journey with a portfolio of 54 operational projects and 12 under construction
